Shipping and Returns

It is our commitment here at Novalie to do everything in our power to ensure our customers are happy and satisfied with their purchase! Please read the following shipping and return policies carefully to ensure a satisfactory shopping experience.


Shipping

We do our best to fulfill and ship every order within 4 business days.

We ship our products via USPS First Class mail so please allow an additional 8-12 working days for your items to reach you. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee at checkout.

We currently offer shipping within the United States and to Canada only. Shipping costs are calculated by USPS depending on the weight of your order. Every order over $75 ships free!

If 3 weeks have elapsed and you have not received your order, please contact us at the email address below.

If you’d like to cancel or change your order, email us at bonnie@novalie.co. If your order has not already shipped, we’ll do our best to help you!

  

Returns

We understand that shopping for apparel online can be difficult and we make every effort to accurately represent the appearance and sizing of our products. 

We will happily offer returns for STORE CREDIT ONLY on items returned to us within 14 days of order receipt in unused, unworn and unwashed condition, with original tags attached. If an item is returned in unsellable condition (i.e. with smells, stains, etc) we reserve the right to cancel the transaction and return item to sender.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns on hats, jewelry or clearance items (anything under $20).

If you would like to return an item, please contact us at bonnie@novalie.co with the following:

  • Your name and order number
  • Name of the item you'd like to return
  • Reason for return

  • If items are eligible for return, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions and return mailing address. We recommend insuring the package as Novalie cannot be responsible for lost items.

    Exchanges will be processed within 3 business days.


    If you received an incorrect or damaged item or have another problem with your order, please send us an email and we promise to make it right!
