WHAT ARE SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS?

  • We do our absolute best to ship orders within 4 business days
  • We ship via USPS Ground which takes approximately 2-7 business days
  • If 2 weeks have elapsed and you have not received your order, please contact us at bonnie@novalie.co
  • Shipping costs are calculated by USPS depending on the weight of your order
  • WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?

  • Novalie accepts all major debit and credit cards
  • Paypal is also an option; if chosen, you’ll be prompted to log in to your Paypal account at checkout
  • WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY?

  • Novalie accepts exchanges ONLY at this time within 14 days of original order
  • Items must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition with tags still attached
  • We recommend insuring the package as Novalie cannot be responsible for lost items.

    If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at bonnie@novalie.co with the following:
  • Your name and order number
  • Name of the item you'd like to return
  • Name of the item and size you'd like in exchange

    Once you receive a confirmation email, please mail item(s) to the following address:

  • DO YOU OFFER EXTENDED SIZING?

    We do not offer extended sizing at this time but we’re working on it!

    WILL YOU BE RESTOCKING SOLD OUT ITEMS?

    Depending on supply and demand, we will occasionally be restocking popular items that have sold out.

    If an item you’re interested in has sold out, be sure to sign up for the newsletter to be notified when/if it becomes available.
